Got that fear of face-planting every time you attempt push ups?
Let’s get rid of that.
Because today I’m going to show you how to get better at push ups with a little technique I call The Push Up Hack.
I’ve used this with hundreds of male & female clients (and thousands who’ve followed my online plans) over the years to great success. Simply put, it works!
But first of all, I’d like to point something out…
I always hear people say things like, “I’m so feeble, I can’t even do one push up!”
You’re definitely not alone in that.
How To Get Better At Push Ups
In the video below, I’ll teach you the quick method my clients use to master push ups.
All you have to do is use it.
As you can see in the video, the part which most people are afraid of is actually the part which has the most benefits!
People often falsely presume they can’t push themselves up from the bottom of the rep, but that’s not usually the case at all. The real problem is that we cannot lower ourselves from the top to the bottom. So stop hiding in the top third of the rep because you’re afraid to face-plant the floor.
Use my simple little technique to slowly lower yourself all the way to the ground, and explode back up to the start.
By taking your body through the full range of motion, you will get stronger in the eccentric portion of the movement, precisely where the strength benefits are.
The more you do it, the better you get.
(And the less scared you get, too.)
I see many people completely avoid exercises that they’re weak at (like push ups) because they don’t enjoy doing them. That’s the worst thing you can do, because the problem never gets fixed.
The best way to create a stronger, better body is to focus on strengthening the areas you are weakest.
So give my trusty push up hack technique a try and drop a comment on the video to let me know how you get on.
