"I've lost more than 6 inches so far! I have also completely changed my lifestyle. Because like most girls, I used to feel daunted in the free weights area among the guys and the weights. I stuck to just cardio for years, and when I did occasionally pluck up the courage to pick up a dumbbell it would be really light for lots of reps (because I'd been told I would get bulky if I lifted heavy). Reading Russ' website taught me how to get the most out of lifting weights as a woman. The fear is long gone.
