BODYWEIGHT BENCH STEP UPS WITH HIGH KNEES

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Plant your front foot in the center of the bench.
  2. Drive yourself up by generating force through your front quad.
  3. Bring your resting leg through and force your knee up high at the end of every rep.
  4. Keep your abs tight to hit some bonus muscle groups.
