CABLE CURL (PARTIAL REPS)

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Pin your elbows to your sides (like a T-Rex).
  2. Squeeze the bar hard and perform HALF a biceps curl.
  3. I’m performing the bottom half of each rep here, because it’s the hard part, and will really burn out the biceps and forearms.
