CABLE SHOULDER PRESS

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Attach a handle to each pulley and set them to around hip level.
  2. Take them in each hand and step forward. A little forward lean may be necessary, so get into a split-stance position to support yourself.
  3. Press the handles overhead, making sure you drive UP and SLIGHTLY FORWARD.
  4. Allow your elbows to come down below shoulder height to complete the rep.
