Exercise Instructions:

  1. Attach a straight bar to a cable station set to a low height. I prefer this exercise with a rope, but a straight bar will do the job.
  2. Gripping near the end of the bar on each side, pull your elbows up and out, aiming for ear level.
  3. Avoid swinging at the waist. A split-stance will help if necessary.
