CABLE “Y” PULL
- Set a cable station to slightly below shoulder height, with no handles.
- Grab the cables with an overhand or underhand-grip, take your pick.
- Stand behind the stack, allowing the cables to stretch your arms out in front of you.
- Draw the cables up and back. The top of the rep should look similar to a “Y” position.
- Add a slight pause to the top of each rep to engage the rear delts and lower traps.
