Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set up in a PUSH UP stance, hands under shoulders and arms extended.
  2. Twist your torso to the left, and allow your right leg to follow all the way through, squeezing your obliques HARD.
  3. Rotate to the other side.
  4. This is a quick-fire exercise, a cousin of MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS, so go for it! However, it can be slowed down if necessary.
