Exercise Instructions

  1. Support your shoulders on a bench.
  2. Create as much of a stretch in your lats as possible, by dropping your hips as you take the dumbbell overhead. If you can’t drop them, you have tight lats.
  3. Try to bring the dumbbell back to the start position by squeezing your lats hard.
