Exercise Instructions:

  1. Get read for one of the best pumps your pecs have ever had. Set an incline bench slightly in front of a cable station, and make sure the pulleys are around chest-height before you begin.
  2. Press the D-handles out in front of your chest, squeezing your pecs HARD in the end position.
  3. As you return to the starting point, keep the handles at chest level and keep your shoulders pinned back against the bench.
