INCLINE CABLE CHEST PRESS
- Get read for one of the best pumps your pecs have ever had. Set an incline bench slightly in front of a cable station, and make sure the pulleys are around chest-height before you begin.
- Press the D-handles out in front of your chest, squeezing your pecs HARD in the end position.
- As you return to the starting point, keep the handles at chest level and keep your shoulders pinned back against the bench.
