INCLINE CABLE REAR DELT FLYE

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set up a bench to a high incline and lean forward into it for support.
  2. Cables should be set to shoulder level.
  3. Take an overhand-grip of the cable. You can also rotate your hands into a neutral-grip if you prefer.
  4. Pull each handle out and back, driving your shoulder blades together to hit your rear delts.
