IRON CROSS HOLD

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set two cable stations to a high point and attach a D-handle to each one.
  2. Take a D-handle in each hand and step forward slightly.
  3. I like a split-stance position on this one, as it provides extra support.
  4. Drive the D-handles down by squeezing your pecs, bringing them in together at the bottom position. This gives us ADDUCTION, which is great for chest development.
  5. Hold the bottom position, focusing only on squeezing your pecs.
