IRON CROSS HOLD
- Set two cable stations to a high point and attach a D-handle to each one.
- Take a D-handle in each hand and step forward slightly.
- I like a split-stance position on this one, as it provides extra support.
- Drive the D-handles down by squeezing your pecs, bringing them in together at the bottom position. This gives us ADDUCTION, which is great for chest development.
- Hold the bottom position, focusing only on squeezing your pecs.
