“J” SIT

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Use a bench, step, or a tyre in my case (see video).
  2. Easy to see how this one gets its name, right? We get into a ‘J’ position by sitting near the edge of out chosen support apparatus and holding our legs out in front, while using our arms for balance.
  3. The slight lean back will engage the abs and lower back.
