Exercise Instructions:

  1. Kneel down slightly ahead of the cable station. The pulleys should be set to just above shoulder height, with D-handles attached.
  2. The kneeling position will allow you to brace yourself more and control the rep.
  3. Drive the handles down in an arc-like manner by squeezing your pecs, driving the cables down and in towards the center line of your body.
  4. Control the cables as they come back up, we only need to reach the point of our elbows being shoulder-height or slightly above, there’s no need to get a massive stretch.
