KNEELING CABLE FLYE
- Kneel down slightly ahead of the cable station. The pulleys should be set to just above shoulder height, with D-handles attached.
- The kneeling position will allow you to brace yourself more and control the rep.
- Drive the handles down in an arc-like manner by squeezing your pecs, driving the cables down and in towards the center line of your body.
- Control the cables as they come back up, we only need to reach the point of our elbows being shoulder-height or slightly above, there’s no need to get a massive stretch.
