LOW-TO-HIGH DIAGONAL CABLE ROW

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Attach a D-handle to the bottom of the cable station.
  2. Hinge at the waist to create a 45* angle.
  3. Allow a full stretch of your lats at the start of the rep.
  4. Pull your elbows back as far as you can go, squeezing your lats hard.
