LYING LEG CURL

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Position the pad of the machine just above your ankle.
  2. Contract your hamstrings to lift the weight up to your bum, then slowly lower the pad back down.
  3. Don’t allow your hips to raise up from the bench. This is a sign you went too heavy.
  4. Most of the benefits are in the lowering phase, so don’t let it drop from the top.
