OVERHAND-GRIP CABLE REAR DELT FLYE
- Set the cable station to shoulder-height and remove the cable handles (they get in the way).
- Take an overhand-grip of each cable, ensuring the opposite cable is in each hand.
- Step back from the machine with the cables in hand, lifting the weights from the stack to create tension,
- Pin your shoulders back, puff your chest up.
- Pull the weights by moving your elbows back behind your body, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
