OVERHAND-GRIP CABLE REAR DELT FLYE

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set the cable station to shoulder-height and remove the cable handles (they get in the way).
  2. Take an overhand-grip of each cable, ensuring the opposite cable is in each hand.
  3. Step back from the machine with the cables in hand, lifting the weights from the stack to create tension,
  4. Pin your shoulders back, puff your chest up.
  5. Pull the weights by moving your elbows back behind your body, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
