PLATE HALO

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Grab a plate with both hands.
  2. Stand up straight, keep your shoulders pinned back.
  3. Take the plate around your head in a circle fashion. Alternate directions every few reps.
  4. This is a great warm-up exercise for the shoulders, and creates a similar (but less intense) burn to CAR DRIVERS.
