ROPE TRICEPS PUSHDOWN
- Stand close to the cable station, taking a neutral-grip on the rope (palms facing in).
- Pin your elbows to your sides tightly (like a T-Rex), and create a 90* angle. This is our starting position.
- Force the rope down by squeezing your triceps hard and straightening your arms. The reps is over when you have achieved full extension at the elbow.
