ROPE TRICEPS PUSHDOWN

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Stand close to the cable station, taking a neutral-grip on the rope (palms facing in).
  2. Pin your elbows to your sides tightly (like a T-Rex), and create a 90* angle. This is our starting position.
  3. Force the rope down by squeezing your triceps hard and straightening your arms. The reps is over when you have achieved full extension at the elbow.
