“RUN THE RACK” DB CURL

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Pick the heaviest weight you can curl and load it into one hand.
  2. Keep your elbow tight to your sides, and abs switched on.
  3. Achieve the desired number of repetitions with this heavy weight, then drop to the next lightest dumbbell and go again. Keep going until you’ve run the entire rack.
