SEATED CABLE REAR DELT FLYE
- Set a bench to an upright angle and place it in front of a cable station.
- Set your pulleys to about seated shoulder height, and remove the handles (they get in the way).
- I like to take an overhand-grip then rotate into a slightly diagonal-grip on this exercise (see video).
- Move the weights by squeezing your shoulder blades together, allowing the cables to travel out wide and making sure the arms do as little of the pulling as possible.
