SEATED CABLE REAR DELT FLYE

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set a bench to an upright angle and place it in front of a cable station.
  2. Set your pulleys to about seated shoulder height, and remove the handles (they get in the way).
  3. I like to take an overhand-grip then rotate into a slightly diagonal-grip on this exercise (see video).
  4. Move the weights by squeezing your shoulder blades together, allowing the cables to travel out wide and making sure the arms do as little of the pulling as possible.
