SINGLE-ARM CABLE FLYE

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set two cable stations with D-handles, and ensure the pulleys are chest-to-shoulder height, no higher.
  2. Pin your shoulders back and drive one D-handle across your body in an arc-like manner.
  3. Get beyond the mid-line of your chest. This will create ADDUCTION, which is precisely what we want here because it’ll create maximum range of motion in the pecs.
