SINGLE-ARM LAT PULLDOWN

Exercise Instructions:

  1. I like to sit side-saddle on this one, as it forces me to use a weight which is manageable and therefore focus on the correct muscle during every rep.
  2. Focus on pulling your working elbow down and back to squeeze your lats hard at the bottom.
  3. Use your spare hand to feel the muscle working during the rep.
