SINGLE-ARM PEC DECK

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set the handles of the machine to just below shoulder height for the best activation of the chest.
  2. Chest out, shoulders back.
  3. Squeeze your pecs on one side and bring the handle across your body. You will be able to drive slightly beyond the mid-line of your pecs, creating adduction, which is great.
