SMITH MACHINE CALF RAISE

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Position a step or block under the Smith machine bar.
  2. Allow your heels to ride slightly lower than the block to create a stretch in your calves.
  3. Drive up by pushing your toes into the step/block. Imagine you’re trying to push through your big toe on each foot.
  4. Squeeze your calves at the top of the rep.
