Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set two cable pulleys to chest height. No need for any handles, grip the cable itself.
  2. Take an underhand-grip of the cables.
  3. Get your chest out, and shoulders back.
  4. Squeeze your pecs HARD to move the cables across your body in an arc-like motion. Unlike a regular FLYE or CROSSOVER, you will be able to move the cables past each other and carry on the rep beyond the mid-line of your body, achieving ADDUCTION, which is fantastic for your pecs. The underhand-grip is responsible for this, and it also helps you forcefully contract your pecs to a slightly greater degree.
