UNDERHAND-GRIP CABLE REAR DELT FLYE
- Set a cable station’s handles to shoulder level and remove the cable handles (they get in the way).
- Take an underhand-grip and make sure the opposite cable is in each hand.
- Step back to ensure the weights are lifted from the stack.
- Chest up, shoulders back posture throughout.
- Pull your elbows back behind your shoulders and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
