UNDERHAND-GRIP CABLE REAR DELT FLYE

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set a cable station’s handles to shoulder level and remove the cable handles (they get in the way).
  2. Take an underhand-grip and make sure the opposite cable is in each hand.
  3. Step back to ensure the weights are lifted from the stack.
  4. Chest up, shoulders back posture throughout.
  5. Pull your elbows back behind your shoulders and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
