UNDERHAND-GRIP INCLINE CABLE REAR DELT FLYE

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Set up a bench to a high incline and lean into it for support.
  2. Cables should be set to shoulder level.
  3. Take an underhand-grip of each cable. Rotate your hands to a 45* angle for comfort.
  4. Drive the cables out and back, squeezing your shoulder blades together to hit your rear delts.
