V-BAR TRICEPS PUSHDOWN

Exercise Instructions:

  1. Attache a V-bar handle to a high cable pulley, and take a double overhand-grip.
  2. Stay close to the machine, get into a split-stance for support and pull your elbows tight to your sides (like a T-Rex) to lift the weight into the start position.
  3. Drive the bar down by squeezing your triceps, keeping your elbows tight to your sides and achieving a full extension of the arms.
