The Iron Mile Method is straight out of C.T. Fletcher’s playbook and features in some of the nastiest workouts inside the RussHowePTI.com library.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. The “Iron Mile” is a mammoth 100 rep dropset. Start by loading the machine with a challenging 20 rep weight.
  2. You will drop the weight slightly on 20 reps.
  3. You will drop the weight slightly on 40 reps.
  4. You will drop the weight slightly on 60 reps.
  5. You will drop the weight slightly on 80 reps.
  6. Your set is over when you reach 100 reps.
