Here’s how to do it:
- The “iron mile” is a monstrous 100 rep dropset. Start by loading the machine with a challenging 20 rep weight.
- You will reduce the weight slightly on x20 reps.
- You will reduce the weight slightly on x40 reps.
- You will reduce the weight slightly on x60 reps.
- You will reduce the weight slightly on x80 reps.
- The set is complete when you reach x100 reps.
