A half serving is a great way to start the day, but if you’re struggling to hit your targets then a full serving (whole mixture) packs a whopping 732 calories to help you on your way!”

* The first line gives you the macros for the whole mixture, the second line is if you divide it into two servings.


  • 90g oats
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1.5 scoops chocolate whey protein
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana (mashed)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or container.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
