WHEY PROTEIN: PURE 80 WHEY

A good pre workout can take your results even higher. Total War is of significanlty higher quality than other products in the same price range, with full clinical doses of several key ingredients (caffeine, beta-alanine, and CitMal). It’s brilliant value.

DAILY ESSENTIALS: OMEGA-3
Part of my so-called “Daily Essentials” stack because it’s often to overlook in favour of flashy pre workouts and protein powders, Omega-3 gives us a stack of health benefits (hypertrophy, fat loss, faster recovery between sessions). Most people do not eat enough fish and fall well short of EHA and DPA requirements to unlock these benefits, so this takes care of that.

DAILY ESSENTIALS: MULTIVITAMIN
Here’s another easily forgotten supplement. The list of benefits from proper vitamin and mineral intake is long; more energy, better hair strength, skin appearance, stronger fingernails, nicer mood, and so on. Very few people get the full spectrum of these micronutrients through our diet because we get into the habit of eating similar meals every day. This is like leaving results on the table, or in a worst case scenario, lead to a deficiency over time.

DAILY ESSENTIALS: VITAMIN D3
Most of us don’t get enough sun and therefore could benefit from additional vitamin D3. Your multivitamin won’t contain enough (they always keep this ingredient in a low dose so they can be sold all over the world with the same formula), so I recommend grabbing a standalone vitamin D3 product which provides you with 5000iU per day. The net result is that your energy levels will go up.
