“Are you ready for my annual New Year Shred?

These workouts are n-a-s-t-y, and are designed to get your metabolism through the roof ahead of the new year. Complete the workout as written, then enjoy your damn self!”


PHASE 1:
BODYWEIGHT SQUATS x50 >> PUSH UPS x25 >> CRUNCHES x25
(10 rounds)
*** No the reps are not a typo. Work through the circuit 10 times through, taking mini breaks where necessary.

PHASE 2:
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x50 >> JUMPING JACKS x25 >> LYING LEG RAISES x25
(10 rounds)

PHASE 3:
BURPEES vs CRAWL OUTS 10>1 LADDER
*** Perform x10 burpees and x10 crawl outs, then x9, x8, x7, and so on. The workout ends when you complete the x1 rep round.
