“Are you ready for my New Year Shred workout?

Oh, man, this workout is n-a-s-t-y! It is designed to push your metabolism through the roof ahead of your new year celebrations. There’s only three stages here, but most people don’t make it to the end.”


PHASE 1:
TRI-SET: BODYWEIGHT SQUATS x50 – PUSH UPS x25 – CRUNCHES x25
(10 rounds)
* This is not a typo, work through the circuit 10 times, taking short reast breaks whenever needed.

PHASE 2:
TRI-SET: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x50 – JUMPING JACKS x25 – LYING LEG RAISES x25
(10 rounds)
* Same concept as above. Most people do not make it beyond this stage before their body quits.

PHASE 3:
BURPEES vs CRAWL OUTS 10>1 LADDER
* This is one huge ladder set without any scheduled rest (but you can take short breaks if you are absolutely dying). You will perform x10 burpees, immediately followed by x10 crawl outs, then x9 of each, then x8 of each, and so on. If you can make it all the way down to the x1 rep round, you will be one of the few people to have survived this workout!
