EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:
- SETUP: Get into a Push Up stance.
- REP: The goal is to go around the clock performing Explosive Push Ups here. This exercise will zap you! Perform one Explosive Push Up, powering yourself up and across to the next position, straight into another rep. Work the circle.
- TIP: Setting your legs wider will make this easier.
