SETUP: Attach a D-handle to pulleys and set them to shoulder level. Pin your shoulders back and puff your chest out to maintain great posture.
REP: Drive one handle across your body in an arc-like manner, then control the lowering phase and switch to the other side.
TIP: Unlike a regular Cable Flye, the other handle won’t meet you in the middle of your chest, so make sure the working side gets beyond the mid-line of your chest. This will create ADDUCTION, which is precisely what we want here as it takes our pecs through the maximum range of motion.
