EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • SETUP: Jump yourself up to a static bar and grab hold.
  • REP: Hang from the bar, keeping a firm grip on the handles and keeping everything tight.
  • TIP: If your pull up station has a neutral-grip (palms facing in), your elbows will prefer this placement.
