EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Get into a plank position with elbows under shoulders and hands flat on the floor.
  2. Drive your feet and hands down into the ground hard in order to raise your body up. You’ll feel this in more than just your arms, you should be bracing everything.

  • Arms (Triceps, Forearms)
  • Shoulders (Front Delts)
  • Chest
