EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. SETUP: Set the pulleys just below hip level and attach a D-handle to each side. Stand in front of the cable station with your chest out and shoulders pinned back before you begin the rep.
  2. LIFT: Take and underhand-grip and move your arms out wide, level with your shoulders. This is where the rep begins. Move your arms up in an arc until they meet in the middle, above your head.
