EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Set up in a PUSH UP stance; hands under shoulders and arms extended.
- Switch your abs on.
- Twist your torso to the left, and allow your right leg to kick through.
- Switch direction.
- TIP: I like to perform this exercise quickly, but it can be slowed down if you’re looking for focus on developing your obliques rather than the conditioning aspect it offers.
