EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Burpee > Jump > Crawl Out > Jump.
  2. Repeat. This is a nasty conditioning exercise that combines two of the devils favorite moves, and requires a fair amount of coordination, so take your time to get it right.
