EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Lie on a Bosu ball, and grip a medicine ball between your ankles.
  2. Lift your feet off the floor slightly, squeezing your hamstrings and pushing your ankles together to keep hold of the ball.
  3. Hold this position.
