EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Grab a bench around knee-height, and a medicine ball.
- Hoist the ball overhead, keeping your shoulders back and abdominal muscles tight.
- The objective is to maintain this upright posture as you perform step ups onto the bench. Great little warm-up exercise.
