EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Grab a bench around knee-height, and a medicine ball.
  2. Hoist the ball overhead, keeping your shoulders back and abdominal muscles tight.
  3. The objective is to maintain this upright posture as you perform step ups onto the bench. Great little warm-up exercise.
