EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Plant your front foot in the center of the bench and drive yourself up by pushing that foot hard into the surface.
  2. At the top, raise your other leg up and squeeze your abs.
  3. You can alternate on every rep, or perform the entire time with one side and then hit the other side on the following round.
