EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Plant your front foot in the center of the bench and drive yourself up by pushing that foot hard into the surface.
- At the top, raise your other leg up and squeeze your abs.
- You can alternate on every rep, or perform the entire time with one side and then hit the other side on the following round.
