EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Use a step, a tyre, or a low bench.
  2. Quick-fire step ups require co-ordination, so always make sure your feet are planted firmly and keep your eyes on the equipment.
  3. Go for speed! Run up those steps like Rocky Balboa!
