EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Step forward, planting your front foot flat and creating a 90* angle a the knee.
  2. This is an explosive exercise, we will drive ourselves up by powering through the front foot, getting some air time in the process. Switch legs in the air, dropping straight into a lunge on the opposite side.
  3. Keep alternating sides on each rep, quick n’ snappy.
