EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Set your feet about shoulder-width apart and take a double overhand-grip on a kettlebell.
  2. Twist at the waist to your right and raise the kettlebell to shoulder level, then alternate to the left and to the same. This exercise should be performed explosively, using momentum to assist the lift. You’ll hit your shoulders, abs, obliques, lower back and glutes with every twist.
