EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Most lat pulldown machines will require you to sit “side-saddle” for this exercise.
  2. Pull your working elbow down and back to squeeze your lats hard at the bottom, using your spare hand to feel the muscle working during the rep.
