EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take a DB/KB in one hand.
  2. Hinge at the hips to power the weight above your head. When you reach the top of the motion, drop into a lunge position.
  3. Push yourself back up to the start point with the dumbbell still overhead, then lower the weight and repeat the process.
