EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Get into a push up stance.
  2. Raise one knee up towards your elbow (like Spider-Man scaling a wall)
  3. Contract your obliques HARD as you knee reaches its highest point, then return the leg to the starting position and switch sides.
