Bosh! I’ve just started adding workout programs to russhowepti.com!
This is a feature I’ve been working on for some time, and I’m delighted to say it’s now ready to be turned on.
Ever since I started my website all the way back in 2011, people have been asking me if there’s a way they can use my workouts/programs/diets if they don’t live in my local area, so now there is!

What Is Included?
It’s like having me as your own personal trainer.
I’ve spent years configuring all of my most popular training programs into an easy-to-follow format so that anyone – even a brand new gym member – can use them in their local gym.
Each program comes with a full training schedule, a science-based overview explaining all of the methods which are used, and exercises demonstrations to familiarize yourself with each move.
Oh, and it gets even better…
You’re not just getting one program, you’re getting all of them!
There’s currently 19 full programs inside russhowepti.com, and I’ll be adding more and more brand new workout plans over time. These will automatically appear in your Members Area ready to be used anytime you wish.

How Many Workouts Do You Get?
At the time of writing, there are 693 workouts.
This figure grows every week as I upload more content:
- Workout programs: These detailed muscle building and/or fat loss programs range in length from 3-12 weeks, with 3-6 workouts per week depending on the program you choose.
- Standalone workouts: Sometimes you just want a standalone workout, such as a brutal leg day (or a biceps blast, or anything else) so this workout library is your go-to source of nasty workouts.
- Daily Trainer: This feature lets you use my real-world workouts (e.g. my current workouts in the gym right now). I upload a new block of workouts on the 1st/15th of every month, and all the old entries are stored in the DT library so you can revisit your old favourite blocks any time you want to shake up your training.

Are There Diet Plans?
Yes indeed.
Just like the workout programs, I also like to create various nutrition plans which can used anytime you want to shake things up.
These diet plans will give you the same templates and nutritional rules which my male and female clients have used over the last 20 years – so you know they work! – and there’s a wide variety of different styles including carb cycling, intermittent fasting, simple calorie tracking, and even a gamified nutrition plan based on Sonic The Hedgehog (you wouldn’t believe how many people have loved this particular plan over the years!).
You can use any of them alongside any workout program, and whenever I upload a brand new diet plan it’ll drop into your Members Area ready to be used.

Is Your Website Built For Men Or Women?
Both.
As a PT my client base was always primarily female, and the readership of my website has always been 60/40 female, so when I took my programs online I wanted to ensure it could be used by ANYONE.
